After more than three hours of defending, and eventually attacking, I finally completed the last stage of the Joan of Arc Campaign.
It was a tough battle. One of the toughest I have had in a very long time, but after careful planning, and spending a lot of time on defences and repairs, I finally massed an army strong enough to annihilate my opponents.
Careful planning needed to be made to position my Castles, and Towers to hold the enemy at bay. Their siege weapons were of the greatest concern, but in the end, I dealt with them easily.
The first to fall were the Shrewsbury (Orange). The had very little resistance thanks to the amount they lost from trying to gain entrance into my base.
Second were the Burgandians (Purple). They put up a bit more of a fight, but they were also supported by the British. It didn't take me too long before I smashed my way into their base.
Last in line was the British (Red). They proved to be the most difficult, as they had plenty of defences, as well as annoying siege weapons and longbow men. I lost plenty of men in this battle, but eventually I out smarted them by breaching a wall on the lower side of the map, which gave me entrance into their base, and letting me avoid their Towers and Castles.
In the end Victory was mine, and now it is off to the next Campaign: Saladin.
